Worked closely with Caltech's Strategic Communications Office on redesigning their main website with additional content strategy for 10 of the subdomains in their multisite network.

Used findings from client’s web analytics to consult on the homepage layout for the main website. Created wireframes for key landing pages, including the highly trafficked News Center. Introduced a variety of new features & components for Caltech’s multisite design system.

Met with all 6 academic divisions and 4 different administrative offices to redesign their respective subdomain sites. Delivered updated sitemap structures, homepage layouts, and landing page concepts for all 10 departments.

Facilitated 3 different focus groups with administrators & stakeholders to address usability issues on the college website. Created a content audit for broken links, duplicate pages, and outdated information. Reorganized the sitemap into an improved mega menu with new utility items and CTAs.

Designed the approved homepage and introduced new web-friendly brand guidelines for the rest of the site. Created wireframes for distinct interior pages, including the Faculty & Staff Directory and the Continuing Education landing page.
